THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM AND SOUTH KOREA AND IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE TERRITORY, AS DEFINED BELOW.

I'm wondering if there's a specific reason why these regions are excluded from the license agreement?
