Upstream URL link to zh_CN huayan is dead

The upstream URL of both of the Chinese models, huayan-x_low and huayan-medium, is https://github.com/PlayVoice/HuaYan_TTS. Such GitHub repository is inaccessible at least since 2025-05-26T17:41:49Z. There's also no screenshots on the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.
It would be great to replace it with a living URL. Did the upstream move the repository somewhere else?
