一、作品性质与授权范围
本模型及其配套资源（以下统称"本作品"）由作者基于技术研究与分享目的发布。作者依法对本作品享有著作权及相关权利，并保留所有权利。作者仅授予使用者个人、非商业性的使用许可，即仅限个人学习、研究与娱乐等私下用途。严禁任何形式的商业性、经营性使用，严禁以任何方式将本作品或其输出用于牟利。本作品为涉及公众人物肖像的人脸模型，任何商业性、经营性使用均可能侵犯相关人物的肖像权、姓名权等合法权益，作者对此类使用一律不予授权。
二、禁止用途
使用者不得将本作品用于任何违反法律法规、违背社会公序良俗、侵害他人合法权益的用途，包括但不限于：生成、传播色情、暴力、仇恨、歧视、虚假或误导性内容；侵犯他人肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、著作权等合法权益；实施诈骗、诽谤、人身攻击、网络霸凌等非法或不道德行为。本作品生成的内容涉及真实人物形象，使用者应审慎、克制地使用，不得以任何损害相关人物形象、名誉或权益的方式使用本作品。
三、责任豁免
- 本作品按"原样"（AS IS）提供，作者不对其完整性、准确性、可靠性、可用性及其输出内容的正确性、合法性作任何明示或暗示的保证，使用者应自行评估使用风险并承担相应后果。
- 使用者下载、使用、复制、修改、融合或再分发本作品后所产生的一切行为及后果，包括但不限于因输出内容引发的任何纠纷、损失、诉讼或法律责任，均由使用者自行独立承担，与作者无关。
- 本作品生成的任何输出内容均不代表作者的观点或立场，作者不对任何输出内容负责，亦不对任何第三方基于本作品制作的衍生内容负责。
四、追责权利
若任何个人或组织利用本作品（包括经修改、融合或二次创作的版本）生产、生成或实施任何违法、违背道德或侵害他人权益的内容，权益受损方及作者本人均有权依法对相关责任方进行追责，包括但不限于要求停止侵害、消除影响、赔偿损失，直至追究相应的法律责任。使用者不得以"内容系模型自动生成、非本人意愿"为由主张免除自身责任。
五、第三方内容
本作品可能基于第三方数据集、模型或工具构建。作者对第三方内容的权属与合法性不作保证，使用者在使用本作品时应自行遵守相应第三方适用的条款。
六、声明修改与终止
作者有权随时修订本免责声明或终止本作品的发布与提供，修订后的声明自发布之日起生效，恕不另行逐一通知。
七、法律适用与争议解决
本声明受中华人民共和国法律管辖并据其解释。因本声明或本作品引发的争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向作者住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
1. Nature and Scope of License
This model and its associated resources (collectively, the "Work") are released by the author for purposes of technical research and sharing. The author holds copyright and related rights in the Work under applicable law and reserves all rights. The author grants users a license solely for personal, non-commercial use, limited to private purposes such as personal learning, research, and entertainment. Any commercial or business use is strictly prohibited, and the Work or its outputs may not be exploited for profit in any manner whatsoever. The Work is a face model involving the likeness of public figures; any commercial or business use is likely to infringe upon the portrait rights, name rights, and other personal rights of the persons concerned, and no such use shall be authorized by the author.
2. Prohibited Uses
Users shall not use the Work for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, contravenes public order and good morals, or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others, including but not limited to: generating or distributing pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, false, or misleading content; infringing upon others' portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, or other lawful rights and interests; or committing fraud, defamation, personal attacks, cyberbullying, or any other unlawful or unethical acts. As the Work generates images involving real persons, users shall exercise prudence and restraint and shall not use the Work in any manner that harms the image, reputation, or lawful rights of the persons concerned.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
- The Work is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The author makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding its completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or the correctness and legality of its output, and users shall assess the risks of use and bear the consequences themselves.
- Any and all actions and consequences arising from the user's downloading, using, copying, modifying, merging, or redistributing the Work — including but not limited to any disputes, losses, lawsuits, or legal liabilities caused by the model's output — shall be the sole and independent responsibility of the user and are unrelated to the author.
- Any output generated by the Work does not represent the author's views or positions. The author assumes no responsibility for any output content, nor for any derivative content created by third parties based on the Work.
4. Right to Hold Accountable
If any individual or organization uses the Work (including modified, merged, or otherwise recreated versions thereof) to produce, generate, or carry out any illegal, unethical, or rights-infringing content or conduct, both the aggrieved party and the author shall have the right to hold the responsible party accountable in accordance with applicable law, including but not limited to demanding cessation of infringement, elimination of adverse effects, and compensation for damages, up to the pursuit of corresponding legal liability. Users may not invoke "the content was automatically generated by the model and not my intention" as a defense to exempt themselves from liability.
5. Third-Party Content
The Work may be built upon or trained on third-party datasets, models, or tools. The author makes no warranty as to the ownership or legality of such third-party content. Users shall comply with the applicable terms of the relevant third parties when using the Work.
6. Amendment and Termination
The author reserves the right to revise this Disclaimer or to discontinue the distribution of the Work at any time. Any revised Disclaimer shall take effect upon publication without individual prior notice.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Disclaimer or the Work shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court at the author's place of residence.
