Import Failed - Any help?

I followed the installation instructions here and also tried using ComfyUI Manager to install but in each attempt the import failed to install. The folder for mana-node did appear under custom nodes each time (and I also ran the installation for requirements.txt) but import failed anyway. I have the latest version of ComfyUI v0.3.45 running standalone. Is this a known issue? Is there some other step I'm missing/dependency need?
